This group will be moderated so that content is on target with the themes presented.

Here is how this group will work:

1. Each week I will feature a theme or a question for both sexes to write upon from the unique perspective of their gender.

2. When you submit a post use the title of the theme in your title and either "He said" or "She said following the theme title. For example if the theme is about competition then your title would be: Competition/He said. Or something like "His perspective on competition" We just need some way to denote which gender is offering their perspective.

Let's have fun with this. I am hoping to get an exciting diversity of views.
